Instructions to Bidders
1. Completed Serialized Bidding Documents (paginated), including one original and one copy in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Number and Name.
2. Applications should be addressed to:

3. Documents must be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Administration Block on or before the closing date.
* Late tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the 12:00 Noon deadline on March 13th, 2026.
Location: College Boardroom. Bidders or authorized representatives are welcome to attend.
